spending my day off with my mom was worth missing out on bands i have seen/could see again soon. this past saturday made me realize again how thankful i am for how much she’s sacrificed as a single parent raising me and my sister even though we’ve had a bad past between us not getting along. we haven’t lived together in over 3 years and hardly see eachother much since. i honestly think in the future we’ll be more ok once i’m at my fully successful stage and have reached my purpose in life.
